According to Wikipedia, Thanksgiving Day is every 4th Thursday of November every year which is also what I observed. Then it comes Black Friday after that day. Black Friday is commonly known as the shopping day. It isn't a legal holiday but most employees (excluding retail and banking) are busy shopping for Christmas decors and stuffs so it's basically shopping, shopping, and shopping after the Thanksgiving Day.
