Celebrity Dogs

Some dogs are as famous as their celebrity owners if only be sight if not name. So which dogs do we recognize best? Avid MTV watchers will remember The Osbournes and Sharon’s love of dogs. According to her website Sharon has 13 dogs including Lola the English Bulldog remembered for weeing on everything, Maggie the Japanese Chin and a couple of Teacup Pomeranian. With so many dogs I am sure Sharon is careful to make sure they are all healthy as if one is poorly they could easily pass it on. Same with fleas and worms, her Advocate for dogs bill might be a bit steep but cheaper then flea treating her many mansions.

Paris Hilton is another well known dog owner with her female Chihuahua Tinkerbell being one of the most photographed celebrity dogs. Thanks to Tinkerbell’s size she is easily put in a handbag and is frequently seen at events with Paris. Tinkerbell is a seriously pampered pooch, living in a $35,000 replica of Paris’ own home! Tinkerbell is also well dressed and accessorized thanks to Paris creating her own apparel line for dogs called Little Lily. Famous though she may be Tinkerbell can still fall victim to embarrassing doggy problems such as fleas so I am sure Paris keeps her regularly treated, her busy schedule may mean that frontline combo for dogs is a good option as it needs to be applied less regularly.

Another famous dog owner is of course the Queen. Her Royal Majesty is often pictured out with her dogs and her favored breed is the Corgi and the Dorgi – a Corgi crossed with a Dachshund. According to the Royal website the Queen currently has two Corgis, Willow and Holly and two Dorgis, Candy and Vulcan. The Queen has been a fan of Corgis since she was a child and her father, King George VI brought home a corgi from local kennels. The Queen takes her corgis with her between residences where possible and looks after them herself when she can. As a hands on pet owner I can imagine the Queen is a fan of Frontline for dogs which is quick to apply and works effectively.
