New Samsung S3

Are you crazy of those new gadgets now? I mean new upgraded model? Like cellphone, iPads, iPod (facetime?) and other great new stuff? Well, to make the story short. My friend got her new S3 few days ago. Her husband gives that to her as a birthday gift and infact that is the latest phone now. Samsung becomes the enemy of Apple. The great competition is just in between the two big electronic companies! I cannot imagine how people change gadgets from time to time! Throwing up money in just a minute by buying new phone or any gadgets that is not that important in living. Ooh well, they must have abundance of bucks. Good for them.

Samsung S3 looks so nice. I tried her new phone and it is so sensitive. The cost of S3 is expensive and I cannot afford to buy it for now but maybe in time. If I have enough budget, I’d rather buy mac air laptop and that I can use for blogging easily! Yay!

Happy Memorial Day!

I just want to great everyone a "Happy Memorial Day! " . How's your holiday? How's everything and how's the family and friends bonding? Today (I know it is already about the next day but it is not yet, so I still have a chance to greet you all to those who are celebrating) is just very special day and yes, it is a holiday. This day is the commemoration of the veterans or soldiers who fight for their lives in order for USA as you can see today. Freedom, is what they were fighting for. In order for us to experience and live as what we have nowadays. A salute to all brave men who fought for their lives! I cannot give all the names (as they were all many) but you know who they were. United States of America isn't like this or even having no states or an America if not because of them, the veterans/soldiers. You are heroes!

I vow for them! Happy Memorial Day everyone! I bet you enjoyed bonding with your loved-ones which is so great. Enjoy responsibly!

Google's Greeting

As I open my Internet browser lately, I can see the greeting saying "Happy Saint Patrick's Day" with something green in the image. And so I remember it's Saint Patrick's Day. So, wear something green huh!

On the other hand, I can just remember my daughter PA (Assistant Physician, Ms Jillian) who's been tending to her (together with PA Mr. Chiang, either one is present, they are both great. I like them both.) when she's in the doctor's clinic (okay they were assigned to my daughter) just like lately when my baby had her pneumococcal vaccination. PA Jillian wore light yellow-green shirt. Just then after I arrived home (haven't opened PC yet) I realized I forgot to let my Sam wear her green onesie and me having some green. Ah, just go with the flow. It doesn't hurt to wear something green in honor of Irish people. :-)

Happy Presidents' Day USA!

Today is a legal holiday here in US of A. This is in commemoration of the birthdays of the two late presidents, 1st USA President George Washington and President Abraham Lincoln, the 16th USA President.

I was not able to be updated with the dates currently as I am busy with the chores, responsibility here and there. Not minding about such, until lately. I even told my DH that he needs to pick-up the formula yesterday afternoon since he will going to work tomorrow (or later now, it's dawn time already so it is counted as today) and that's when it started. Thoughts produced. Mind started working. Ideas flowed. The update. The update that it is a legal holiday today. DH didn't told me directly of what holiday we are going to celebrate. And even joked to " Google it " ! Ha! And then I knew. It is the " Presidents' Day ".

So Happy Presidents' Day USA! (and even not in USA, to all of you (who are celebrating)!

16th Birthday, Sweet 16!

An idea of a parent's daughter when she will be celebrating her 16th birthday is called "Sweet 16" birthday party . I just put daughter because I never heard a son celebrates such "Sweet 16" birthday celebration though a  boy or a girl always have a 16th birthday. Everyone could not jump into 17th birthday, you know, right. :-) When I was on that age, I never experience a birthday party. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my simple birthday. But then, I urged myself (hopefully) that when I have a daughter soon, I will give her that birthday party (maybe not a fancy one but a memorable for her with family and friends) I never had. A party like this, is great with Sweet 16 Invitations for the guests or family and friends for formality. I can imagine the happiness it brings looking at your child having her 16th birthday which soon enough enters the maturity level as being independent, starting from her debut or 18th birthday. So, enjoy and treasure the moment of her being dependent to her parents like you. Surely, it is a precious moments that she will treasure too, one day.

Being thoughtful makes difference.

Baby Shower

My baby shower is one day to go. We may only be few but it should have to be fun. :-) This would be my first baby and my first baby shower. Alright, I read that in the yesteryears, only the first baby can have a baby shower. The friends celebrates and wish good luck for the first mom. But nowadays a mom can have a baby shower to all her baby before it is born. For me, this is my first time so am no way don't know if there's still a coming one. For now, I would just embrace my precious coming baby girl, Sam. I hope this would be a memorable one with my friends. :-) One thing am excited too is the roasted pork "lechon". Ha! It was long time I wasn't able to eat such in whole. :-) You are invited by the way! Come and let's have some fun pigging-out and such. :-)

Birthday Event

For sure you would love to attend birthdays. Oops, especially if it is your birthday or your child's, well your family and friends' birthday. It is nice to be gather at a special moment of such birthday celebrant. That is why I can tell, the birthday celebrant is excited every year of his/her natal day commemoration. He/she/her parents should be busy giving birthday invitations, preparing foods and drinks and some other areas of consideration regarding the birthday that would happen soon. It isn't compulsory having a grand celebration or even having a party, what is important is being grateful of such year added and that he/she is healthy and sound. But of course, it is great to have a celebration even if how small is it, right? Happy birthday to those who have birthday today and to you then!

Mother's Day is fast approaching. In fact, it will be in two weeks! Yes, don't forget to mark your calendar for the 8th of May for Mother's Day. Be sure to remember it or else you will make your mom sad that even giving her a hugs and kisses and a greeting you don't have, that is because you forgot, what a shame, isn't it? Easter Sunday

About an hour from now (or this day is already Easter Sunday for USA Eastern Time and other parts of the world) will be an Easter Sunday celebration already. For some, it is unimportant for many especially Roman Catholics and other religion which celebrates this, it is very important and perhaps the second joyful event of church calendar days aside from the very first one, Christmas. I can USA celebrates this amazingly. With all the Easter decorations, Easter Egg hunt, sumptuous meals and such. I could never be happier seeing those people with all smiles while having a get-together, party and alike.

I Used to Buy Baby Gifts

Yes, I used to buy gifts for babies but that does not mean I would not buy anymore. Well, I still buy until now,but the difference is that it is no longer for the babies of my friends and family circle but I have to include my baby already, one day very soon, she/he will be here with me (and daddy). :-) Babies are adorable and I cannot

content buying baby gifts specially for special occasions. I wonder if there are also will give for my baby when he/she arrives. *wink* I hope to have baby shower (not so sure though) on the first week of June (this year, of course) and I could not wait for such time.

Happy April Fool's Day!

Today is the first day of April. The very first day of this month. What is exciting of this month? How do you like this month?

First, as being the first day, it is known and celebrated here United States of A what is called the "April Fool's Day" . I haven't read its history but I came up to an idea that once in 365 and 1/4 days, fooling (for fun) family and friends is okay. Oops! Just for fun only, okay?! Please do not do serious things and make sure it won't make troubles afterward. Or else, you know what you are up to! I hope you are happy of what you are doing! Yep, make sure it is not a big deal as in big issue! And so, happy April Fool's Day everyone! Don't fool me because I won't hesitate to disbelieve people talking to me this day seriously. ;-) This is not a funny day but it is hard to be fooled (seriously)! We have to know that it seems fooling around is permitted this day. Hence, we have to get ready ourselves for that. Have a great one!

Anniversary

Be it as wedding anniversary, girlfriend-boyfriend, friendship, and any other anniversaries you could think of, is important to each other. Thoughtful ones must have something on that day. For him/her, gift(s) is a must but then such gift(s) does not mean an expensive (it could either be handmade should you like) one(s). Well, what is important is that each other or him/her remember such. As always said, the thought is what counts. But of course personalized anniversary gifts would bring difference. ;-) Just an idea. Seems like it only happen once a year, why not make it special and worthy. After all, the two of you are together and happy on each other. Give him/her something that would make special and feel very love. ;-) Just saying, happy anniversary to those who are celebrating this day and on the coming days. All the best on yours couple! How Do You Like to Treat/Celebrate Your Valentine?

Any idea? Okay, you have many ways on your thoughts, I guess. One might bring her special someone, parents or family to a lovely dinner by the bay. And hear a soft-calming music from a wonderful band then spend the rest of the hours there watching presentation or go with the entertainment. That would be awesome. One may also think of celebrating it on a beautiful white beach with all the ambiance or the serene way. Or celebrate it in cruise. Ooh yes, being in a cruise ship is wonderful and sweet, isn't it? Entertainment at day or night, or the never-ending looking at seawater right in there, to name just a few! One can also have fun swimming at the pools and yes, right at the top of the cruise. How lovely! What a great celebration of a heart's day would be!

Happy New Year!

Today marks the new year celebration and it is 01.01.11! Why? As simple as what you saw and felt, today is January so it is first month of the year that is why it is "01". And then came first day of the month, so again it is "01" and then the year is 2011 so "11", familiar with a consecutive numbers? Hopefully this year may bring us good luck and better lives despite of the trials (as we all believe, trials are spices of life) and some other obstacles that we encountered or will encounter in the next days and months ahead.

Like most everybody else, merry Christmas is literally mean "gifts". We should not forget that Baby Jesus is the purpose of this special holiday. And that HE saved us from sin, with that we should have to thank HIM and be glad we are free from original sin. Now, it is for us, our will, to follow HIS commandments. 9 Dawn Masses

Another late post, I know. This will be the last, promise. 

I know this day, I was already here in US of A. More time to post or whatsoever but some other things bothering which had to be settled first. This post is for 16th of December. " Ah! About three months, huh! " , you might say and you are absolutely correct. Whatever! ;-)

As I could remember for what has been taught by my religion teacher, beginning of this day (Dec 16), for Roman Catholic or anyone who believe, is the first dawn mass. It is a customary nine dawn masses which ends on 24th of December. This is in preparation of commemorating the birth of our Lord, Savior Jesus Christ. This also the beginning of Christmas caroling from customary.

For myself, as I grew old, I was not able to come during dawn masses due to cold problem of my health. I cannot stand cold and lack of sleep attending mass especially when I was in college. Sorry about it but really I wanted to and if you only know it is a great mass and you will love it.

Dreaming of a Garden Wedding

Who do not like a garden wedding? Maybe there are some. There are anyway many areas of consideration, but then if everything's fine and it is your dream to be wed as garden wedding then, why not? That is pretty awesome especially surrounded or witnessed by friends and family. Then there are complete set of entourage like maid or matron of honor, bridesmaids with their beautiful bridesmaid dresses, flower girls, coin and ring bearers and many more including groom's men, best man and alike. Of course primary and secondary sponsors too! Who could not picture out of a beautiful garden's ambiance where it is celebrated. ;-) Am dreaming (just now)! It never occurred in my mind before (I was busy with other areas of consideration) but then for now, it will just be as a dream but who knows I will be wed again (but of the same man, of course). :-D

Outing Fun

Do you consider sometimes outing is not a fun one? Mostly when one said "let us have an outing" , that also connotes fun. And who do not want fun? Of course not me, heheh. :-D When there is an outing, there is also foods involve. People love pigging-out that time including drinking, eh?! That is expected or else one will be nicknamed as "grumpy" or "kj" as kill-joy. Alright, I love to eat but I also have to make sure I won't dig-in a lot because of diet. Ooh well, burning calories and weight loss diet supplements would be a great stuff to consider so I won't be "out-of-place" of eating fun especially during outing or gatherings.
