Finding the Right Lawyer

Most of us, at some point of in our lives, have to deal with some legal matters that would need our immediate attention. Whether it is for something simple like making a legal document to something more complicated like a filing of a criminal case against a person, it is important that you utilize the service of a lawyer. Finding a good lawyer resource may be time consuming but it will be all worth it since you will be given the proper legal representation that you need. It would be best as well if you find a lawyer that has the expertise in the particular field that is related to the case that they will be handling. You also need to make sure that the lawyer you hire is licensed to practice in your area.

There are various resources available that can help you find a suitable lawyer. You can ask for recommendations from friends or relatives or you can also research on your own. It is encouraged that you set an appointment and talk to all prospective lawyers one by one. This will allow you to gauge if you will be comfortable working with them. You can tell them whatever concerns you may have about their qualifications and about their thoughts on your case. It is important that you choose a lawyer that has excellent work ethics or ideas. He must be willing to put in hours of hard work on your case to ensure that every option is explored. Your lawyer should also be honest with you, giving you all the facts that you need to know. This will help you make the right decision about the case. Your lawyer should also keep you updated on the progress of the case. Once you are able to find the most suitable lawyer, you are assured that you case will be given the proper attention it deserves.

Selling Your Jewelry

The uncertainty in today’s economy and the increase in the number of unemployed have made it difficult for some people to have enough money to spend for their daily needs. These are just some of the reasons why some people choose to just sell their belongings just to have the funds that they need. For most people, the jewelry that they own has personal value in their lives like pieces of jewelry that have been given by their loved ones. These pieces of jewelry can be hard to let go and some people can get very emotional when the time comes that they have to sell their jewelry. I do own a couple of pieces of jewelry that are very valuable to me and I do hope that there won’t be reason for me to sell them but I am aware that if in case there is an emergency situation, I need to sell my jewelry those jewelry so I can have the means. Really, it is great to have something we can grab if in case financial needs arise. Selling it is just an easy peasy and money comes instant!
Although going straight to your local jeweler’s store is a common practice which you to make an appointment first so you cab assure that you will be able to talk with a certified appraiser that can provide you with the assistance that you need but then I tell you what,  selling your jewelry online is an "in-thing" nowadays and apparently many are doing this option. There are legitimate online jewelry dealers as a resource that can give you good value for your jewelry. Make as much research as you can about the jewelry that you are trying to sell so that you will have an idea of its market value. Good luck then!

Have a Great Tuesday!

I can always remember about a virtual teacher friend talking about "Tuesday". She change the "Tues" to "Choose" so instead of Tuesday, it is already "ChooseDay". As in choose to be happy and gay. "Laugh as hard as you can as if no one's watching". Familiar line, eh?

So now, instead of being anxious thinking of the up-coming heart cath of my lovely daughter, which will be tomorrow very early morning, I choose to be happy and be positive. God will always provide, I believe. So I have to worry-not (though I had been sleepless every now and then last days thinking about it, but that's all about it). So, have a Great Tuesday everyone! We don't own our lives and anytime God will get us, HIS Will be done. There's no guarantee in this earth, everyone will go to ashes, so we must get ready for that. For now, let's enjoy. That's why it is called "present" for us to enjoy, right?

Have a great one! Enjoy responsibly!

The Best Employee

Keeping a regular nine-to-five job is no easy feat, especially if you have a family, with children at that, to care for. It will be really difficult which ones to prioritize best and I really salute those who manage to keep a healthy balance of career and family. Being a wife and a mother, not to mention a homemaker and an all-around house-help is really no walk in the park, and if you will add a new set of tasks, priorities and deadlines to beat at work, I will never know how I’d ever manage!

That is why I think it is a very good practice for companies to commend their people for a job well done, not to mention their dedication to their work. Employee Awards ought to be doled out on a regular basis, monthly if possible, to those people who deserve the accolade and the recognition. An accompanying prize, like gift certificates to spa or movies, or cash equivalent, maybe, will also prove effective in inspiring people to exert effort and work to their optimum potentials. You can now then think of great trophies you can hand out to your best employees of the month.

What do you think? All the best to your company!

Whatever it is, life goes on and we have to work in order to eat or beyond. Lucky to those who are working and with pay. Some people are dying to have a good job which pays good too, or just even thinking of having a livelihood because there are folks do not have. Now, let's be happy to those workers and pray to those who do not work. It's a good way of starting this day, huh!

And so I want to great you a happy and have a great Monday! Let's be thoughtful to one another and spread the good vibes. ~hugs&kisses~

Eyeglasses for Good

When a person a severe headache and vomiting, one must have a migraine or an eye problem. So one must go to a medical doctor or to an eye doctor or an optometrist to let such person's eye examined if there is something wrong with those, if it need prescription eyeglasses, you know. I just can think of this of many of my scenario when I was in college as I had severe (not so severe actually, just the people in the house where I live told so) headache that time and even after I graduated. But I beg to disagree that I am not because that is really not what I felt. I was just a little sick that time. I manage to go to the doctor and had my little sickness gone. I did a lot of reading, pass eye test for my visa and even from government agency like Department of Motor Vehicles and I pass 20/20 vision! Thanks God my eyes are at its best. But for those who have an problem and need prescription glasses, please do so as it is for your own good.

Ideas Running Out/In from Head

What would you think about it? Seems something, ain't it? Ideas running out and coming back. But yep, sometimes it is just like that. There is something that we want to write but not enough information about it or in short, not confident of letting you read it. Now, a late post again. Sorry folks! I feel guilty of putting this up now for a blog update. I feel guilty you know.. but nonetheless because you are here. Thanks a lot for that, you are the best! And thanks for reading!

Sometimes you know, you/I really have something in mind to write but then in the end will just erase it because we are not contented. Or I can feel I am not that kind of person. And sometimes it will just erase with one push of a button. Though, it is seldom I experience the latter but I admit, I did or maybe will do. But  of course, hoping not. Hoping for positive vibes.

Whatever it is folks, have fun and enjoy the rest of the day (whatever happens, *wink*)! Remember, in every sadness you make, it's every happiness you outtake, and wrinkle you make. So be happy or stop being sad. Learn how to make yourself happy you know...

Friday Thought/s

It has been already on the 3rd Friday of the month of January now. What are you thinking? Are you thinking of what will happen on the next month which it is already the heart's month? You might think it's lame and professionals and achievers may approve that for just a reason of "finding a boyfriend or girlfriend" for the sake of Valentines Day. Ah! Is that what you think? I guess not, you know that it is just a joke or a kid word, nothing serious. Well, if one take it seriously, he/she might view it to her/his spouse or, for bf-gf sense, if you are already capable of bringing yourselves the idea of such word. It's "responsibility" !  If you are able, then do it! That is not for my/our own good anyway. Do not be lazy or what, as you may think you will need to have a baby as long as your parents are still able to support. What a shame, don't you think? Okay, again, am not pointing at you. Am not angst or whatever, just a thought to the on-going doer. :-) Think about it!

This post is intended to publish on the 21st of January. Hope you understand.

Acne

So much to talk about acne because I do not know how folks can have it. And I am not a great card reader to know (or guess) their reasons. :-) One thing I could say, it is really a problem to a person having it but nevertheless because there are already many acne products proven and tested nowadays. One should just have to know which product to get. One should have  to check whether it really the best for the problem. Good luck then!

Always Hungry

Have you ever heard of a person who is always hungry? I observe to myself that if I am not that busy, I can sense I always hungry. Waaaah! Would appetite suppressant be the answer? And what would that be? Maybe one day I have to read one of appetite suppressant reviews which also meant I need it then, hopefully not, but if ever (God forbid!) maybe then I go for it. Need more unbiased reviews and of course consultation of my own idea which where I will draw my decision. For now, I am hungry for I have not yet eaten my dinner which does not count of having an "always hungry" mood. :-D

Cigars for Christmas Gift?

Why not? Christmas is on the way, giving and receiving gifts are our mind. Just by remembering discount cigars sale I can think of my step grandmother who like to blew cigars though it is not that fancy as it is called in our "bisaya" (one of the many dialects in the Philippines) dialect as "tabako" or handmade tobacco leaves fresh from a relative garden up above in the mountain, or from store. Now, am reminiscing and just missed her up above. Yes, unfortunately she was already deceased for nine years already but still I can imagine her face. Oops, emo! But that is serious, not a drama. If only she's still alive, even though I don't like her to smoke such, still would like to give her hoping it would make her grinning, if only. There are actually cigars without nicotine anyway so that would adds. Ooh well. :-)

Fall/Autumn 2010 = The Day After Tomorrow

It will be this coming September 22nd is Fall/Autumn season already, that is the day after tomorrow. Okay, I haven't gone to beach, pool or any bodies of water. I haven't either splurge on our bath tub but that is fine. I can anyway enjoy it before this year ends on our planned vacation, hopefully. That time I will splurge myself just like a kid. The vacation place we're going to doesn't have winter season, yes rainy but not that so, that time. Hopefully the weather won't change. But even if it will rain, I will just then dance with the drops, big or small drops I would love it. Duh! Am I procrastinating, reminiscing or imagining for future happening? Whatever!

So, how exciting (or worried?) about autumn as it will come? Time flies fast, then a week after the second month of "ber months" (September, October, November and December, isn't October a second "ber" month?). Momentarily, we will just enjoy the remaining day and minutes of summer even if we are just in the house. I actually plan to go brisk walking tomorrow and probably window shop (or will buy even just one as remembrance of the last summer day of 2010).

As of this time, I still can feel the hotness of weather lately so still can feel the mark of this season though a week/s ago, there was a consecutive three to four days of cloudy days here in California (particularly in the city where I live, I do not know of other cities of California but probably just quiet the same). That day I thought it will be autumn soon. Okay, haven't experienced rain from this season. I haven't seen the weather forecast for tomorrow but on my mind, still won't rain. Anyway, just a thought. Have a great day!

Okay, do not get me wrong there are also single who are overweight but that does not mean it is right, okay? So keep tracking up your weight folks or be observant or else health problems will arise. Striving as An Acne-Free Individual

And so what is your idea of a person who have an acne? For me I am just a layman as I am not a doctor. I view my opinion based upon what I observed on my body through a thorough understanding of that person close to me or from what I learned from school (though not medical school) to which I believe I am not that dumb about it. But I also accept the fact that medical doctors have more knowledge (of course) over myself as an owner of "my me". Striving of being an acne-free individual who apparently has it now somehow would need an acne solutions to combat such skin problem. Good thing for myself is that I only have zits when I am about to have my "monthly visitor" (oops it is a woman's monthly visitor as some call it) but of course I am not sure I could have it in the future (God forbid!) and for sure I would have it (God forbid!) I also need such acne solution. Good luck to those who are in the process of getting rid of their acne. Good luck and hope for all your best!

A Padded Mouse Pad

Having a comfortable stuff on your everyday life is such a relief of one's life. If a person consumes more time in front of computer, it also meant he/she needs a comfortable surrounding which involves computer keyboard to handle a good typing skill, a sturdy padded chair to hold user's butt (*wink), a reliable strong table, enough air for the computer and for oneself, computer mouse to hover the searches, a comfortable computer pad or alike. How do you love it? What are your struggles regarding such? Do you have a perfect environment? As for my side, I am struggling of having a traditional mouse pad and dreaming to have a padded one or anything which protects my hand's joint which talks about the bones on it. You may not know but it hurts whilst having a continuous browsing since my hands are lazy enough of hanging up its part. And so having a comfortable computer mouse with its corresponding padded mouse pad, not only brightens my day but my whole computer moments! (you can enlarge image below through clicking an item to zoom-in should you like to see it bigger)

Good thing I already found it and where to buy such. It is really a relief! Ooh thanks technology, thanks Lord for the guidance, now am at-ease during my computer moments. :-) I actually using it now and love it more!

What do you think about that padded mouse pad above? Or how do you like it?

Reward Yourself!

Yes, if you have accomplished something especially if it was that hard, difficult or bumpy ride, you had, then, motivate yourself! Reward or treat your self. Don't you think that is a good motivation for you to work harder and smartly? Why not! Why you cannot comprehend that? Oops! And how did you give yourself a reward?

One can give it a shot or unwind, maybe. You can shop something for yourself. What about dress, shoes, purse? There are actually many ways on how we can do it. But most folks just selfless. They give what they have for others without giving themselves something. Rewarding oneself need not be expensive. For me, it is great if such person you have given appreciates it. Thankful about it, or even brag to the crowd how happy he/she can be. Then your kindness is worthy. He or she is worthy of what you have sacrificed for, but if it is not? No way! You are just like an idiot, moron or alike! It can be an exhausting feeling. Whatever!

Give yourself a break, have a good time. Ha! ;-) Kidding aside but try it and you will be amazed how you feel about it. Free up! Have fun. Say " after all the struggles, this is it! " . :-)

You may not know but this health problem can already be diagnosed, if not, at least you tried your best. Well, I am no doctor nor an attorney but I have heard and read a lot of advisory assistance to which you can have a help of it. So grab it and help your love-one. Convince him to cooperate and he will be treated in a rightful and full of care. Fight for your/his right! You are/he is entitled to it. " If You Are Sleepy, then Sleep! "

That was the word the phrase I still vividly remember from my course moderator and an accounting professor, Sir Rubio, told us (his students) way back college time. Actually, I did it and often it was his subject, accounting, writing journals --- debit, credit and alike. And mind you, the journal (full of numbers) should did not have any single erasure or white-out. That was the goal. I was surprised because no matter how I wanted it perfect, in the morning it was not. So I had to write it again and the next time, I need someone's help to dictate me while I wrote the numbers to make it fast. Sigh.

Time and time, it reminds me when am so sleepy but my mind would not still because something has to finish. Did you experienced that too? Do you? To those who can relate, raise your hairs. Aw. ;-) Okay, it is seriousness moment. Yep, he is right, don't you think? Sometimes whatever focus we do but after tomorrow may bring, our work or write-ups are not in order. We can even hardly understand it. So sleep, when you are sleepy as just like eat when you are hungry! Or else, you are wasting your time and sacrifice your mind and body without sense. Mark my word! :-)

My Internet Connection is Totally Back!

I could never be happier thinking about my Internet connection. Nope, it is not about my Internet Service Provider because its basic connection is apparently perfect, as in five bars! It is the script that I saw as what I told you the last time on my post yesterday. I was contemplating on how I got it and also of always hibernating my laptop, though it has its cooling pad aside from its fan internally. So the former got it, it is on my "Tools" menu bar. It is specifically on the "Add-on" file. I uninstall it. Though I only have few "Add-ons" installed on my browser but still it taking its toll! I should have to get its drama but it takes a lot of time on me, knowing I am not a computer wizard. I got knowledge based on my experience (and special mention to marz Pehpot as she gave me an idea unknowingly due to her shout in Facebook, thanks a lot marz for because of it, I figured it out this specific problem) as computer is my bread and butter while at home and being away from friends and close family circle. Well, it also has an interaction with what I learned from my minor subjects way back school years time and thorough process (and also to my sistah Joyce for as an IT graduate, for some reason she inspires me to like computer and Internet *wink). So then, I know as time goes on it also involves technology goes on its own way. One just hopes it is walking/running/jogging or riding in a right path and know when to take its time and responsibility.
