Your iPhone Don't Charge at First Time Use?

Yes, it could be possible that at first time use in charging it, it won't charge. Why? What's wrong with it? Or is there any technical defect? Or something?

Those maybe your questions upon knowing that your iPhone doesn't charge for the first time and you need to know how to solve the problem. Any ideas? Okay, those were also my questions when I had my iPhone 5 charged but it didn't does its job. And so I have to check the manual first if anything that shows there that I missed or, maybe there's something special thing to do first, than any other smartphones but no, nothing special. Meanwhile, I had to ask Google any thoughts, scouring any ideas and possible solution about such but nothing, just the same of what I had in mind. And so, I had to recheck back the wire and there you go, I found it! The problem??? --- was I had push hard the wire attach to the head that goes to the switch when you charge it. And problem solved, hooray!

So try also doing what I did as a resource, that might also solve your problem why it doesn't charge. Just sharing. Anyway, just also want to great everyone here in America, a Happy Independence Day! Today we commemorates the birth of America's Independence Day so, have a great and awesome day! :)

Countries Tweet The Most

Twitter has become one of the famous social networking sites these days wherein people often checks for the latest news and updates. For others it even became their main source of communication. Lucky for those who are living in countries wherein data plans for mobile phones are cheap or almost obligatory, because they can check and use their accounts even if they are walking on the streets.

There has been a survey conducted just sometime not too long ago to determine which country tweets the most. A lot has been expecting that the place would be one of the cities in the US but it was found out that majority of the tweeters in the world are living in Jakarta, Indonesia. There might be a lot of twitter users in the US but not all of them are tweeting every now and then. Behind Jakarta are New York City, Tokyo, London, and Sao Paulo.

Do you think, such finding is true? What do you think?

An Important Decision to Make

The decision to buy or sell the house is always a big thing for the family. It requires thorough thinking and ideas of where to move afterwards. It is usually considered a major decision to make and the support and opinion of every family member matters a lot. Buying or selling properties is a complicated process that is why proper planning and attention to important details must be given thorough consideration. Due to the situation of today’s economy, more and more families have decided to sell their homes and explore for more practical options. Others need to look for bigger opportunities somewhere else while some opted to stay in a smaller place to keep the expenses lower. Whatever the reason is, the fact still remains that selling your own home is a hard and complicated process.

On the other hand, buying a home is a critical decision as well. When planning to buy a house like from a great jackson real estate, it is recommended to visit the property first to assess the road, neighborhood, facilities and the house itself. It is vital to know every single detail about the property from the selling price, documents, taxes, number of rooms, color of the walls and quality of materials used in the house. Buying or selling a house can also be considered a gamble although it involves calculated risk. The best thing to do for those who are not familiar with the process is to ask assistance and talk to agents like from such who are well-versed and knowledgeable about matters that concerns buying and selling of real estate properties.

Although it is a hard decision to make, acquiring and letting go of important property is sometimes necessary in order for us to learn and see things in a new perspective. :-)

Happy Presidents' Day USA!

Today is a legal holiday here in US of A. This is in commemoration of the birthdays of the two late presidents, 1st USA President George Washington and President Abraham Lincoln, the 16th USA President.

I was not able to be updated with the dates currently as I am busy with the chores, responsibility here and there. Not minding about such, until lately. I even told my DH that he needs to pick-up the formula yesterday afternoon since he will going to work tomorrow (or later now, it's dawn time already so it is counted as today) and that's when it started. Thoughts produced. Mind started working. Ideas flowed. The update. The update that it is a legal holiday today. DH didn't told me directly of what holiday we are going to celebrate. And even joked to " Google it " ! Ha! And then I knew. It is the " Presidents' Day ".

So Happy Presidents' Day USA! (and even not in USA, to all of you (who are celebrating)!

Sept 23, Fall 2011 Starts

Yes, according to a reliable source: wiki.answers, Fall starts sometime on 23rd of this month. If you forgot, this month is September. I know it sounds silly to forget what month we are now but just want to shout. Ha ha! I wanted to shout that it would be then cold season very soon. And that I will going to deliver a baby soon enough. We cannot stop the time, we just have to go with its flow so we won't get lost. I have to remember that the precious baby-in-my-tummy will be born during summer time (my due date is September 15th). Now that is something to think of. Something to look forward to. A lot of ideas has been given to me, and I don't have to panic but to absorb it in my thoughts. I try not to think of the pain during the birth date, really. I am doing that so I won't get stressed thinking. So in September 23rd, I have already a newborn. How exciting! :-)

I thought I am going to give birth during fall season but then, I lost track, it would still be summer time though a week and a day after such (if I will deliver on my exact due date) is already the start of Fall. So mark on your calendar that Autumn starts on 23rd (of this month, of course)!

Upromise 10th Year Anniversary, $20,000 Giveaway!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of UPromise for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Have you heard about Upromise by Sallie Mae? I just knew that  this is, a rewards program that can help a parent(s) pay for college. As it has been said, it is "an innovative service that helps its members get money back for college from their everyday spending" . More so, Upromise members have received more than $600 million in college savings through their rewards program, and it wants to celebrate all the ways it has helped to fuel those sparks that made children into the people they are today and the adults they will become tomorrow. Now that's interesting, don't you think? What more interests me is that Upromise is giving away $20,000 ($1,000 to 10 winners and a grand prize winner for $10,000) to participants who share a story that tells how a parent has supported a child's dream, this is in celebration of its 10th Year Anniversary. How to join? You will have to click on the link: www.upromisetodream.com Dream Wall and submit your dream story for your child, as well as comment on this blog post and share your dream! Also you can vote your favorite stories by “liking” them. For more info and details, visit dream wall official rules. Upromise invites you to join the movement, share your experiences and give a spark to help fuel the flame of their future dreams.

I (and my husband) too, has a dream for our child. And here's my entry (posted in the Dream Wall): Though our Sarah Ann is not yet here in this real world (she's still on my tummy until midst of September, '11) , but my husband and I already have a dream for her. We always dreamed of her being a computer programmer, computer Engineer or any computer-related degree (and another minor silent dream of me, for her in a stage of beauty pageant or any social bonds, besides to that computer-related degree) one day. A fast changing world which gadgets/technology has come a long way, make lives better and a lot of choices for us to be entertained. What life is for by the way? --- for us to enjoy it! This what what makes us inspire of this dream for her. And since it is not a cheap course, we will going to save little by little (and hoping will win this contest too) for her future.

I hope you will support of me and my husband's dream for our child through voting or liking in the Dream Wall site, or commenting here. Thank you for your support and God bless of  your kind heart!

Getting The Best Rates For Your Car Insurance

Getting car insurance is something that a car owner should not taken for granted. Student drivers who are more prone to making mistakes on the road because of inexperience should get their cars insured. This holds true even with experienced drivers. They need car insurance as well. Accidents happen at unexpected times making it all the more important for a driver to acquire an insurance. A car owner must find an insurance provider that is reliable and can give him a policy that can give him a coverage that he needs.

More of that, a car owner/driver should also find an insurance that he will be able to afford. There are many insurance policy providers that can provide an idea of different kinds of policies and insurance rates depending on the coverage that a car owner needs in the monthly rate that his pocket can afford. The price of the policy will also depend on the kind of vehicle that an owner wants to have insured. Enjoy searching and all the best!

Happy April Fool's Day!

Today is the first day of April. The very first day of this month. What is exciting of this month? How do you like this month?

First, as being the first day, it is known and celebrated here United States of A what is called the "April Fool's Day" . I haven't read its history but I came up to an idea that once in 365 and 1/4 days, fooling (for fun) family and friends is okay. Oops! Just for fun only, okay?! Please do not do serious things and make sure it won't make troubles afterward. Or else, you know what you are up to! I hope you are happy of what you are doing! Yep, make sure it is not a big deal as in big issue! And so, happy April Fool's Day everyone! Don't fool me because I won't hesitate to disbelieve people talking to me this day seriously. ;-) This is not a funny day but it is hard to be fooled (seriously)! We have to know that it seems fooling around is permitted this day. Hence, we have to get ready ourselves for that. Have a great one!

Disability

Handicapped people can do few things but I am so proud for them when they inspire folks. When they do things even the hard way and still do it without any second thoughts, I can never be happier for such person. They do even if it is hard unlike others who have every senses and parts but does the opposite way. There are also no arms that can still write, wash dishes, took shots and many more activities and chores that she does through her feet which she does pretty well (prettyMarie is such an inspiration and I admire her a lot), drive a car and a plane, etc. Handicaps here in USA are treated special and always the first one in line and there are always handicapped signs in places or areas where people sits, walk, drive, have their comforts and all the areas or places where standard people are and does their thing. I guess there are also folks who are imagining if they are also handicapped so they are the first in line or such. Ah! :-) It's great to be respected, loved and cared by government and other people. And I could never be happier. :-)

4 Bedrooms for the Price of 4-Wheels, in USA?

I am just more than three years in USA and haven't been exposed to houses price range. All I know is that different states and places in United States of A differs each other. It is sure possible that price range of houses in Los Angeles are three or four times (or maybe more than) in South Dakota. Sometimes I could say maybe it is based on snowy areas or not, but it is a big NO! And my business degree took its effect. Surely, it is considered from how productive or depending on its income, or its remoteness or such. When a city has more income than the other, then the city houses which has more income/productive are pricey than the latter.

Maybe most of you already saw the news in yahoo on Valentines Day about "4 Bedrooms for the price of 4 wheels" as its news title. I was so curious about it and indeed stunned on the aftermath of what I read. Well, I  knew those were houses who are in distressed sale as also proven on its report. It got more of my time reading it and where it is located. I so like the #10 which is located in Cheboygan, Michigan with  4 bedrooms, close to downtown and other more interesting info. Such home cost $34,500 which is compared to a 4 wheel 2010 Toyota Highlander Highbrid base 4x4. The other one I so like is in Detroit, Michigan (where my friend lives) which describes as great value in this well-maintained brick 5-bedroom home with great design appeal and many  more interesting info it has of $32,000 (from original list price of $28,000 of Aug.2010, it goes high huh! Yet, it is still interesting one) as compared to a 4 wheel 2011 GMC Acadia SL FWD. The third cool price is in Florence, Arizona with a 4 spacious bedrooms and other interesting info for a price of $34,900 (from $148,900 listing price last June 2010 {a very huge drop, very cool!}) which is compared to a 4 wheel 2011 Hyundain Genesis (MSRP listing price of $33,000-43,000). The other fourth one I like is in Baytown, Texas which has 4 bedrooms for the price of $49,900 which is compared to a 4 wheel 2011 BMW 3 Series Coupe.

There are still others (and even so lower of this amount I read before, interesting huh!) which you might be interested from this news. Now it's your turn, which one do you like most from such list of Yahoo?

New York City, a Dream

For now, I could only just dream for Big Apple, busy streets, beautiful views, rides, joy and luxury. Dreaming of going there is an expensive trip for me so it would just remain that for now. But who knows, maybe one of these days I could go there, if I won a lotto (it's impossible since only hubby joins lotto game, well, only sometimes too but again, who knows?), hehehe! If it would happen, I would like to have an accommodation in luxurious setai new york. And of course with my hubby with me. :-) We will then roam around the city and experience what we wanted to see and experience. The beautiful and expensive New York, I am dreaming of going there on you but until when? Financial and sponsors, let me go. :-)

What about you, are you dreaming or wanting to go for a vacation in New York? With all the luxuries? Well, I guess, that is for sure, don't you?
