Upromise 10th Year Anniversary, $20,000 Giveaway!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of UPromise for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Have you heard about Upromise by Sallie Mae? I just knew that  this is, a rewards program that can help a parent(s) pay for college. As it has been said, it is "an innovative service that helps its members get money back for college from their everyday spending" . More so, Upromise members have received more than $600 million in college savings through their rewards program, and it wants to celebrate all the ways it has helped to fuel those sparks that made children into the people they are today and the adults they will become tomorrow. Now that's interesting, don't you think? What more interests me is that Upromise is giving away $20,000 ($1,000 to 10 winners and a grand prize winner for $10,000) to participants who share a story that tells how a parent has supported a child's dream, this is in celebration of its 10th Year Anniversary. How to join? You will have to click on the link: www.upromisetodream.com Dream Wall and submit your dream story for your child, as well as comment on this blog post and share your dream! Also you can vote your favorite stories by “liking” them. For more info and details, visit dream wall official rules. Upromise invites you to join the movement, share your experiences and give a spark to help fuel the flame of their future dreams.

I (and my husband) too, has a dream for our child. And here's my entry (posted in the Dream Wall): Though our Sarah Ann is not yet here in this real world (she's still on my tummy until midst of September, '11) , but my husband and I already have a dream for her. We always dreamed of her being a computer programmer, computer Engineer or any computer-related degree (and another minor silent dream of me, for her in a stage of beauty pageant or any social bonds, besides to that computer-related degree) one day. A fast changing world which gadgets/technology has come a long way, make lives better and a lot of choices for us to be entertained. What life is for by the way? --- for us to enjoy it! This what what makes us inspire of this dream for her. And since it is not a cheap course, we will going to save little by little (and hoping will win this contest too) for her future.

I hope you will support of me and my husband's dream for our child through voting or liking in the Dream Wall site, or commenting here. Thank you for your support and God bless of  your kind heart!

I don't have a child yet but if I will someday I will make sure that he/she can finish college the way she/he want be. It is indeed very expensive sending children to school but by planning it way ahead of time this will save parents the headache someday most especially that the Upromise is there to help them realize their kids dream...

Thanks for sharing this my friend. I am sure parents out there will be happy about this good news.
