Do You Sometimes Think of Getting a Vacation from Your Blog?

Honestly, after giving birth of my precious Sarah, I thought I won’t have any problem on working my blogs, but when I learned that Sarah needs an extra attention, I have decided to end up my blogging gig, although it made me hurt when I think of it. I made some income on blogging but it is not really as big as those who are employed, but at least I can buy things that I want and I can also do such bucks I made freely because it is my own sweat and so.

Luckily, I have friends who told me not to stop blogging. They just gave me an advice to take a blog vacation, or just to update my blog once in a while.Now Sarah is big, and thanks to the Highest because she is not as fragile as when she was little. I can now make an update on my blogs when she is sleeping. Thanks to all my friends who encourage me to continue blogging, and most importantly, thanks to my behalf for the supports he gave to me.

Kindle Fire Gadget!

My friend have been looking for an affordable gadget and by accident last night she was in front of television and this kindle fire tablet flashed on TV and there she got the idea and willing to have one. The reviews for this gadget is very good and this is not only for kids but good for adults too!

 I am now reading about this now and I found out that this only costs more or less $160 and not bad at all. Very handy and with WIFI so why not trying this one? Rather than spending more budget to some other gadgets like IPAD or etc. I am not against of having iPad, in fact, it is really a choice of a person of what to get that corresponds to his/her budget. Okay, upon reading about this kindle fire it has almost the same capability. So I think she is doing great in her research upon her budget. No wonder she is so looking forward to have one as a Christmas gift for herself.

 What do you think guys, can she bring this anywhere, check mail and blog a bit?

Entrecard, Where Are You?

Are you still active in dropping EC? Last year I am addicted to that. I can say I do it regularly. In my 3 blogs they are all active and enrolled at entrecard. My day is not compete without any drops. I use to have 200 or more drops in each on my blogs every day, sometimes it's perfect, 300. Sounds so perfect and it helps a lot on my blog traffic. I can see that dropping EC (short for EnterCard) might not be super solid traffic respond but it really helps.

I am just sad sometimes bloggers don't respond my drops. LOL! That is normal I guess. Am thankful for those who drop back with me. Now am busy with my little one, I can't drop anymore, well sometimes. I miss dropping or entrecarding much! So I am planning to get back dropping next month if possible but will see.

Word Count Tool

Unfortunately , I don't have office packed installed in my computer. Then that gives me an idea of scouring some resource online or an idea from a very good friend. Word count tool online helps me a lot. This is very easy way to count words if your making some post or reviews. This can be found at http://www.wordcounttool(dot)net/. This is my source as may I say. I use this years ago and I never encountered down time. So glad that a friend of mine shared this link to me.

So, if you are looking for some program that can give you accurate counting of words then hit the link am sharing here. Cool and very simple. Just copy and paste your article and it will give you total words.

Will Reformat and Reinstall my Lappy-Toppy

This notebook computer of mine which I use will be going to have a process of reformatting and reinstalling one of these days. It would be the second time around of doing such. The first one was when I was in the Philippines having a vacation when suddenly I pressed something and could not return to its normal appearance. I just realized, that was fine but then I got startled which I thought it just collapsed because it losses its battery or something like that. Good thing my friend, Angelie, made it operable when I was still there and I just gave her a little way of thank though she was against my idea. Being grateful to a person (to her) is a great feeling, that's why I can't passed it without giving her something because she deserves it though as I said it's just a little. If I had a lot, I won't hesitate to gave more. Anyway, yep, this lappy-toppy (laptop) will soon going to have that reformatting and reinstalling process which I will be doing it by myself. The short course I got few months ago which I got a certificate help my knowledge or to the computer aspect in general. Thanks goodness, though it's a bit pricey for just a short course but it is worth it, at least. I believe by doing the reformatting and reinstalling, it will give more speed of this gadget of mine. I can see as I run the anti-virus and alike, it has a lot of threats! To which that made the starting state slow to get to the world wide web, Internet that is. Or to my blogging stuffs. *wink* Ooh well! But anyway, before that happens (the reformat and reinstall), I have to save some important documents and stuffs first which stored on this laptop's memory and then it's good to go. It is not an easy work so I have to find a perfect time to do such.

How To Make a 125x125 Blog Badge

A good blogger friend of mine was asking me how I did my blog 125x125 blog badge. I used to get confused while I was still a very novice on blogging and knowing such. A blogger friend of mine taught me how, some of it and then I was the one who did the thing. You know what, it drived me nuts. Ha! Yep, seriously, on the retouching of the image. But if you already have the image saved on your computer memory or any memory. You just only have to resize it. But before that you need a host for your image. I suggest, use photobucket (in photobucket[dot]com . It is a free website so need not worry about payment or such. If you already have a photobucket account, just upload pics on your album and hit the resize button. Then get the IMG code from the Share this photo which is located just below the proposed badge image, the resize image. And that's it. Now you already have an image to put in replace of the IMG code (like this: http://i653.photobucket.com/albums/uu252/ljcmo22/cacai/123thoughts.jpg). All you need now is the html code to which you have to replace the IMG code and your blog URL. Just email me for the hmtl code should you like and you can have your 125x125 badge as easy as 1-2-3!

Her Love (Smoking Cigar)

Not for a man or a woman, not either for his/her family and friends but rather to a certain thing. Would you believe she loves to smoke cigar? It has been said that cigar contains less nicotine than the standard cigarettes. I don't know about it because I don't smoke. That's what she says. It seems weird because mostly I saw if a woman smokes, it is a standard one, not the cigar thing. I can imagine she loves to have the discount cigars sale because she is also a smart buyer. She is looking for sale most of the time. That's the power of sale, it is in demand for people like me and her. :-) I thought of giving her some gift for special occasion such what she really love. After all, her happiness of such time is more important. She would be happier that way. What I just like (even if I don't like her to smoke) of her because she smokes in a place where she could only have it alone. So no transfer of smoke to other folks. It's her choice and I respect that.

Internet Connection is Perfectly Fine

We are already in our new apartment abode as you most already know. As in we already sleeps in here. The old apartment we rented is completely clean, clean of stuffs. As in no stuffs left in there except the dusts, oops! Ha! Now am happy. :-) Internet connection and cable here is completely alright. Household stuffs are all run through electricity including stove to which it is more expensive than gas but it's alright. It is cool in here. When it's summer time (like now), it isn't as warm as compared to our old abode. And I can see it isn't also cold when it's winter time due to our location. Am loving it! Back to the Internet connection, yep, we had it the day we moved in. Our Internet & Cable Service Provider just had some cutting-off field step in our old abode then transfer the connection here in the new one. But of course, it needs technician to connect such stuff. Though I have already Internet that time but the arranging and other stuffs had to attend first so I was not able to be with you those three days folks. Summer Time!

How was your first day of summer 2011 pals? I hope you had a good time. Mine was pretty cool. My Alhambra friends (Te Claudia, Dorie and Preciel) gather in Preciel's house with the "lechon paksiw" from my baby shower two days ago was being the center food. It was yummy! I am a lechon-whore. Ha! Other than that, Preciel made some "tinolang-isda" or fish soup with green vegetables. Ah, I could not content my pangs to indulge it. Other stuffs were served too. Then had some chikkas. Riza, Dorie's nurse friend was introduced. Met and greet. She's cool. As usual, I was full. During friends' gathering, food is always good, that is why I could not control my appetite. Ha!

Then still the moving from one apartment to another continues, I meant the packing of stuffs and some other things to arranged. I just have to take time to be with my friends and some me-time. :-) Have a fun summer pals! ~hugs&kisses~

Wednesday Wickedness is Over. :-(

Maybe you are familiar with this meme I used to have on this blog which I love to do. I had to have it. I just realized after being busy of being pregnant for how many weeks or months, it is already over. I meant, the hostess (Janera Japson) decided to stop having such random questions for the wicked joiners to answer with a twist of instructions. Ha! Wicked joiners huh! Well, the word speaks for the title of the meme anyway. And so, I just knew that the meme was already over last March. As in what? Is that when it was already over? As in it's already the month of June now, "two months after" I should have called, ha! Yep, it's been two months after I knew. Whew! Well, blame it for being pregnant. Oops! You should know by now. *wink*

Your Facebook Account Hacked?

I have seen several facebook users told that their accounts have been hacked. And the thoughts started to glare and think of "what happened "? questions and stuffs. Of course you do not want your friends being hacked. And lately a friend of mine was in trouble as was told and wrote nasty words to which she was not like that ever since. If you are a friend of such, what would you feel? Would you rather got angry and throw nasty words too? Ah, Internet, Facebook! Hehe! With the advance technology we have now and if we opt-in to use such, we are also obliged to know and to correspond to what it has to know. I mean, being knowledgeable or an on-going learning. It is not bad anyway having such. And the bad ones or the opportunity-seeker trying to lure user into trouble so he/she can have what he/she wants at the expense of the owner.

Okay, just a piece of advise, please always check your privacy settings particularly on the websites/apps you allow or you permit to use and hover down your profile. Yes, it is very much possible that your account has been hacked. Being hacked by the way, is illegally entering or accessing your account, of course without your permission. But when it comes to the apps/websites you permitted, that is not hacking. That is permitting his/her/them to have an access of your profile/account. That is the difference. Now, it is very much possible that your account has been hacked but it is also very much possible that the website/apps you allow did it. So please check it out. Just an unsolicited to you my dear ones. It is also great having a private profile and just add a person(s) you already knew and you know why. If not, then ask me. Have a great day!

Conference Call

I remember way back months ago, my friend and a cousin (we're friends too, as in like sibling) had several web met-ups. It was just friends chitchat, nothing business, monkey-business, or whatsoever seriousness. :-) Though it was a success for a chat stuff (the three of us communicated and can see what other party writes) but a live video for it was a problem. It is still good but it would be great if we can see our faces or, we can have a conference call like a  Conference call services especially if it's a serious thing. Nothing can compare of a quality service even it is a paid one or shell-out some few buck than the standard as long as it is worth it, we got we like or want to have, don't you think? Ah! I missed those conference thing. It is fun!

Excited for a Meet-Up Tomorrow!

Oops a friends meet-up from Camiguin beauties. :-) Venus, Te Shawie and Melga (am not sure with Melga if can come, I hope there's no meet-up obstacle for tomorrow for me too, am just so excited!), with a head meet-up Venus from Arizona (her current residency) will be going to Los Angeles consulate tomorrow to renew passports for her two kiddos. Te Shawie (in Orange County) whom we're just nearby haven't seen each other yet and Melga (in El Segundo, same place with my Gingoog friend Analou) will be going to meet for the first time here in USA. Ha! Who couldn't be excited like that? Gosh, I was never been excited like this. This could be because we are of the same island and birth country and we share most same likes. :-) I hope we could make it tomorrow or I don't know when will be the time again. I am just excited. The plan first was meet up at Philippine consulate and then Venus likes it to have in Te Shawie's place which is not a problem to me as long as I know where to go (oops the transportation for me, Venus will be my in-charge of how I can go there, it's great if we can go together *wink*). I have a blood test appointment for tomorrow for my retest for liver problem and one-hour sugar test (if diabetic, standard if pregnant) and retest if found out I have for 3-hours test), okay I have to do fasting beginning my last supper (LOL), oops after dinner -> no eating, just water until I am done tomorrow with my blood test. Alright, I have an important appointment for tomorrow but this meet-up is also important to me so I have to go both! :-) It is alright because Venus is available after one or 2 p.m. so it's okay. :-) I hope I won't be having a retest for 3-hours blood test so I can have an ample time for preparation. I mean, you know I have to eat because I was fasting for half day. And then off and meet! Excited me! {I hope I won't mess the time management for tomorrow, or else I'll be disappointment with the "time is gold" :-( .. }

Reminiscing the First

Oops not what you think the first, okay? Well, there are many firsts anyway. But this first is about my first witnessed of handing a thank you cards after her mother were put to eternal rest. I think that was thoughtful. The care, the prayer and all such were being appreciated by her or she puts it from the family, so it was from family, which in return in a little way during that time, the sorrowful bereaved family gave such as an act of appreciation. From your own point of view, what you think about it, is it cool or what? For me, it is cool and again a thoughtful and thankful way of their presence and others aside from being also there when such family or people needs them just like such sorrowful moment.

How Do You Like to Treat/Celebrate Your Valentine?

Any idea? Okay, you have many ways on your thoughts, I guess. One might bring her special someone, parents or family to a lovely dinner by the bay. And hear a soft-calming music from a wonderful band then spend the rest of the hours there watching presentation or go with the entertainment. That would be awesome. One may also think of celebrating it on a beautiful white beach with all the ambiance or the serene way. Or celebrate it in cruise. Ooh yes, being in a cruise ship is wonderful and sweet, isn't it? Entertainment at day or night, or the never-ending looking at seawater right in there, to name just a few! One can also have fun swimming at the pools and yes, right at the top of the cruise. How lovely! What a great celebration of a heart's day would be!

Lean Muscles Appeal

I do not know what happened but seems something when talking about lean muscle. I know many women like their guy having lean muscles and maybe they have it naturally through working it out or have it with some pills like testosterone pill to make it like that. A so-called friend of mine now have her husband a six-packs-abs which she like it that way and her has a beautiful body. Both of them are opposite before. It so cool to have them seen now what they have. They are healthy and wise, that is all what everyone wanted when it comes to health, right? And I could never be happier for them. :-)

Girls ChitChat

And the conversation continue. We used to have girls topic then it usually changed unto body talks, body weight, our appetite on foods. That is why in our group, only just few are slim. Usually bodies grow-up. Just so different when we're single. Though I am not that big but I have to admit I gain weight. One girlfriend though lost weight and she has a great body now, her desired one. She was not actually my buddy then but a friend of mine was because they are of the same place. And then told me this and that, how big she was before. Only one with that as I said most the folks in a group are already big. And then one just was said to our other group mate take and go diet pills to loss weight as she cannot keep up on her goal yet just by exercise and dieting. And then the conversation just went and goes until now when we meet on social network. It was a pretty conversation. Keeping up updated with our lives virtually. Hoping everyone the best what life can offer.
