Finding the Zip Code Extension

Zip code typically only consists of five(5) digits. It can be used with a typical mail. Zip code in USA has extensions but as I said it is not necessarily needed when mailing mails unless if it needs to have a complete one, or the one that has extensions. Like for example legalities, important documents needed like for example from Department of Homeland and Security and all such and alike. You might not know your address extension right at this moment or maybe you are checking in how? Then following is for you to know of how to do it. And so, how to get it? Just go to usps(dot)com and hover your cursor down to Get Zipcode. Enter complete address and there, voila! You now know your address zip code extension! Enjoy and happy knowing! ;-)

Rebtel for Communicating Friends and Family through Mobile Line

Do you know what Rebtel is? Do you have love-ones abroad? Do you use to call using your regular phone?

Well, I am not promoting Rebtel but a friend of mine is using this. I am also using it for couple of months already and I can say, it does its job and doesn't get minutes if you are not using it. This rebtel works very well. If you are new, upon registration you can have 5 minutes free call. Wow, isn't it? Aside from low cost of loads, the signal is perfect too. I am calling using a local number which Rebtel programmed. If I call, I dial directly from my phone and Rebtel connect it directly without me waiting. And they can accept payment through PayPal. So this is cool. Why not try, eh? If you want to sign-up, you can even go directly to the Rebtel's website unless if  you want to sign-up on my referral which you can go through here:  http://www.rebtel.com/u/02368233262 (that would be 5 bucks for me, but as I said you can go directly to their website without using my referral). Just let me know if you have any questions.

I will stop maybe buying loads using cards 'coz it cost a bit for me and it deducts day to day after using it, without me doing the call. I am one satisfied Rebtel customer.

Isn't technology, awesome? It is now very handy to connect family and friends even if how many miles of far are of each other. Great!

Home Theater

People are going to the movies less and watching movies at home more. One of the ideas of that is, they were doing that in a home theater. Everyone is looking to duplicate the incredible sound you hear in the movie theater.

When making a home theater, I thought most people start with the TV. But I have learned that you should start with the sound system. Don’t worry about the technical specifications. Just listen to how it sounds in the store. Most people won’t be able to discern differences in quality between a good, modestly priced system and a super-expensive one.

You also have to be mindful of the room. A den usually works best. Most movie theaters are rectangular, because that’s the best for the acoustics. It would be hard to create a home theater in a very open room. You can have a fantastic audio-video system in your home without spending a fortune if somebody at home knows how to set up the right equipment.

Simpler, Faster, Safer Delivery at Lazada Philippines

In your own thoughts and idea, what do you think is the difference between the Starmobile Hit and Starmobile Enegry? They almost have the same looks, but there is a little difference when it comes to their features. The latter has more exciting features compared to the first one. In addition, Starmobile Hit is cheaper than the Starmobile Energy. To sum it up, these two gadgets are hit in the Filipino market, and surprisingly, Lazada offers a good deal. I am currently living here in the U.S. of A, and it won't stop from shopping a device, or gadget, etc. ( as you know it is like learning it keeps improving and evolving)  at this online store. I can shop from here and deliver my order to my family back home whenever I feel the need to. I was actually choosing between a Cherry Mobile tablet and Haipad tablet. But when it comes to the prices, the latter is cheaper (or shall I say the cheapest in Lazada store). I wanted to surprise my family with this gadget, maybe one day. They can download music, watch movie, play online games, surf the Internet, and a lot more. I have read some of the testimonies of their customers, and they have the same statement when it comes to the delivery of the product. So, I am not worried if I shop any product at this very well-known online store in the Philippines. In fact, I just had my first order and my family is satisfied of it, though there's one order which is of wrong size, but that is just fine because I had been given alternative like it's free shipping to return or exchange especially that it is not my fault. So overall, I like this store and I even love it! :)

Buying a Computer

Computers have become a common feature in many households. Whether you already have one in your home or are a first-time buyer, navigating the computer marketplace can be overwhelming. But, armed with great ideas and the knowledge of what you need as you thought imagining it would be, with good sources of information and a few good buying tips, you can get a great deal on the right computer.

To help you figure out what hardware you would need, think about what you would be doing with the processor. Are you using it for work, play, desktop publishing, or as an educational tool for children? For example: if you want to have Internet access, you would need a good modem. If you want to play games or use multimedia educational programs, your sound and video needs will increase.

A good way to get an idea of the computing power you would need is to visit a computer store and read the minimum requirements on the sides of software boxes that interest you.

How to Start Making Smart Financial Decisions

Analyze the way you use money. Think before  you act, a general thought to have a viable idea of such.

One way to be smart is to reduce the amount you were paying to banks and credit card companies. Add up what you were paying your bank for using your own money, and then shop for a bank with lower fees on the services you use. For example, if you use the ATM look for a bank that doesn’t impose a charge for withdrawals. If you write only a few checks each month, look for a basic account. Compare the costs of small local banks to better known large ones that have branches in your community. Find out whether there is a way to get a better deal by consolidating your banking business in one place. Figure out that using your credit cards, is costing you. If you are paying an annual fee, look for a card that doesn’t charge one or at least charge small interest. Compare the interest rates of various cards charge, especially if you occasionally have to spread out your payments. Find out any resources. Ask what is the costs to take a cash advance instead of using an ATM that debits your checking account.

Do You Sometimes Think of Getting a Vacation from Your Blog?

Honestly, after giving birth of my precious Sarah, I thought I won’t have any problem on working my blogs, but when I learned that Sarah needs an extra attention, I have decided to end up my blogging gig, although it made me hurt when I think of it. I made some income on blogging but it is not really as big as those who are employed, but at least I can buy things that I want and I can also do such bucks I made freely because it is my own sweat and so.

Luckily, I have friends who told me not to stop blogging. They just gave me an advice to take a blog vacation, or just to update my blog once in a while. Now Sarah is big, and thanks to the Highest because she is not as fragile as when she was little. I can now make an update on my blogs when she is sleeping. Thanks to all my friends who encourage me to continue blogging, and most importantly, thanks to my behalf for the supports he gave to me.

Cutting the Cost of College Incidentals

Tuition is not the only cost involved in going to college. You will also need to take into account the cost of school fees, books, room and board, travel expenses and general cost of living.

Here in the USA, many colleges and universities require students to live on campus during their freshman year and require freshman to have a meal plan as well. In this way, the parents or guardians could save a little money for their students.

In the Philippines, if your home is far from the school, usually, the parents will look for a safer place for their student, and as much as possible, it must be near to the school or just a walking distance from the boarding house to the school. In this way, the students can save time and money for his or her transportation. It also teaches the student on how to manage on his or her allowance.

Computer nowadays, is so very important since it serves as the medium way of communication and computer is very useful not only for socialization but it also a source of information. There are many reason how computer, is very useful. I cannot imagine in the older days without computer, people still survived. But now, some (if not most) people cannot survive without PC, iPad, cellphones or any gadgets for communication.

If you have computer at home then your life seems complete, you can communicate with your family abroad, you can earn money by blogging or any online advertisements or selling your product online, you can finish your education through Internet and by computer you can all obtain this computer magic.

I cannot really say that computer is part of human's life now. But without computer life seems incomplete because people get used to it, its just how technology works. Sounds freaking but that is true. I myself admit that way, I am depending more on computer helps now specially that I have my little Sarah. It makes life easier!

Career Planning

Teachers and parents encourage students to improve their study habits because they mean well to the future. Parents sometimes make choices for their children. This can turn out all right, but often it causes misery since the individual is not doing what he or she wants but rather what mom and dad wants. Parents must give guidance but they also need to listen to their children. While they need to help them explore possibilities, they should not dictate them. The young person has some idea of what he is capable of doing and must be a part of the decision-making process. When we set out to choose a career it can be very challenging and difficult. It can also be exciting because this process will change your entire life.

Now, you have chosen your career, what’s next? Try to be the best in the career position you have chosen. Your motto should be “Only the best is good enough.”

Be Financially Wise

There is no nicer way to say it but poor people really die earlier, unfortunately. On the other hand, rich people usually but not always live longer. I am talking about the life of the Filipino people in the Philippines. In the Philippines, usually, people with lower income are affected with more diseases like tuberculosis, infectious diseases, malnutrition and even heart disease. You probably asked, why? Simply, because, poor people don’t have enough money for check-up, no money for medication, lack of education, and they prefer herbal medication, or go to a quack doctor, but the worst scenario is, they don’t have proper nutrition.

While having more money means better access to healthcare, the problem is in the process of earning that money. There was a time that I watched news from the Philippines, there was an old woman who has a bowel cancer. She worked so hard to earn several million pesos, yet, in the end, her hospital bills just drained away her life’s earnings. Net result equals zero money saved for her husband and children. The ideal scenario is to try to gain wealth, without sacrificing your health.

Importance of Buying and Selling Business

Buying and selling is a profitable source of family income anywhere in the world, to which can help the family members meet their everyday needs. You can see people engaged in buying and selling activities almost anywheres; in the drug stores, department stores, supermarkets, sari-sari (convenient) stores, in the market, and along the sidewalks.

A good salesperson is a good listener. They are always ready to listen to suggestions for their improvements. Many successful salespersons have a deep understanding of human behavior and are able to use these skills to their advantage. They are aware that, although there is a process for successfully completing a sale, customers fall into a range of different personality types. Most of the top salespersons are very good at managing themselves. They have good work ethics. They understand that if they do not do the work, think creatively, and use their skills and potentials, they will not hit their targets and earn the income they seek.

Money Management

Whenever people need to borrow, most of them head to the local bank. However, all banks were not created equal. Big commercial banks might offer more financial services, but at the price of steep fees and often poor customer care. Nevertheless, there are better ways to borrow for every major need. If you borrow from a bank, you should try to insist on a simple interest loan. The standard installment loan charges interest on the full amount of the loan over the entire term. A simple interest loan calculates interest on the declining balance. If a lender refuses simple interest, go elsewhere, or I heard they go to www.quickpaydayloans.co.uk.

Private lenders are not just for entrepreneurs and high rollers. Borrowers who have been rejected by banks might find private lenders more flexible. Some don’t mind if you currently have bad credit standing. All they ask for is that you are currently employed and be able to pay the borrowed money according to the terms you have agreed on. They don’t even ask for collateral. Anyway, if you’re always out of cash at the end of each month, you should change in the way you were spending. Know how much money is coming in, and where it’s going. Creating a budget can help you discipline, and it kept you from slipping into debt.

Factors to Consider in Buying a Car

Aside from a house, a car is one of the major purchases that people make. The right type of vehicle can be very useful and beneficial to most families. With the right type of car, your whole family will be able to travel more comfortably and conveniently. There are several things that you need to consider before you go to the nearest car dealership in your area. You should determine first the primary use for the car. If it going to be use to bring the kids to school or to soccer practice, then you would need a car that is big enough to accommodate an excited group of kids. If you intend to take your toddlers with you on your travels, you need a car that is kid-friendly. The next thing that you need to consider is your budget. Determine if you will be able to afford to pay for the monthly payment if you avail of a car loan. It is also important that you make a list of what features you want in a car. This will make it easier for you to know which make or model to look for when you visit a car dealership.

Find a reliable car dealer than can assist you in choosing the right car for you and your family. Utah Odyssey and other popular make and model, new and pre-owned, are available at major car dealerships. Do not hesitate to ask questions about the vehicles that you are interested in. The more you know about the car, ideas and its resources, the most likely you are to buy the most suitable car for you.

New Samsung S3

Are you crazy of those new gadgets now? I mean new upgraded model? Like cellphone, iPads, iPod (facetime?) and other great new stuff? Well, to make the story short. My friend got her new S3 few days ago. Her husband gives that to her as a birthday gift and infact that is the latest phone now. Samsung becomes the enemy of Apple. The great competition is just in between the two big electronic companies! I cannot imagine how people change gadgets from time to time! Throwing up money in just a minute by buying new phone or any gadgets that is not that important in living. Ooh well, they must have abundance of bucks. Good for them.

Samsung S3 looks so nice. I tried her new phone and it is so sensitive. The cost of S3 is expensive and I cannot afford to buy it for now but maybe in time. If I have enough budget, I’d rather buy mac air laptop and that I can use for blogging easily! Yay!

Invest in Quality Tools

If you like the idea to embark in different home projects every few weeks then you may have accumulated a number of tools in your own workshop. Keeping all your tools and resources organized can help you stay focused on the tasks that you need to do. There is a lesser risk of having any accidents if you keep all your tools in their proper places.

You may have thoughts that it be overwhelming with the choices that are available to you and having a list keeps you stay focused on buying only those that are on your list and yes, it is. You just have to make sure to invest in quality tools that are sure to last a long time. The price of the tool should not be your primary consideration. Unemployment

Unemployment is everywhere. You may think it is just fine if most of the people are employed and just only few are not, which I think such idea is right. I mean, you know, unemployment is inevitable. And not all people are capable of the job being offered in the market. While it is always great to know everything, but you cannot deny that only few are flexible on the job demand. Hence, it is great to always be on look-out of the future, or if being in school to prepare for such, then it must has to be done.

Good luck and I hope you're not one of those people who are unemployed unless if you're husband or breadwinner is doing great on his salary, or he can support you or your child more than enough. :-)
