Celebrity Dogs

Some dogs are as famous as their celebrity owners if only be sight if not name. So which dogs do we recognize best? Avid MTV watchers will remember The Osbournes and Sharon’s love of dogs. According to her website Sharon has 13 dogs including Lola the English Bulldog remembered for weeing on everything, Maggie the Japanese Chin and a couple of Teacup Pomeranian. With so many dogs I am sure Sharon is careful to make sure they are all healthy as if one is poorly they could easily pass it on. Same with fleas and worms, her Advocate for dogs bill might be a bit steep but cheaper then flea treating her many mansions.

Paris Hilton is another well known dog owner with her female Chihuahua Tinkerbell being one of the most photographed celebrity dogs. Thanks to Tinkerbell’s size she is easily put in a handbag and is frequently seen at events with Paris. Tinkerbell is a seriously pampered pooch, living in a $35,000 replica of Paris’ own home! Tinkerbell is also well dressed and accessorized thanks to Paris creating her own apparel line for dogs called Little Lily. Famous though she may be Tinkerbell can still fall victim to embarrassing doggy problems such as fleas so I am sure Paris keeps her regularly treated, her busy schedule may mean that frontline combo for dogs is a good option as it needs to be applied less regularly.

Another famous dog owner is of course the Queen. Her Royal Majesty is often pictured out with her dogs and her favored breed is the Corgi and the Dorgi – a Corgi crossed with a Dachshund. According to the Royal website the Queen currently has two Corgis, Willow and Holly and two Dorgis, Candy and Vulcan. The Queen has been a fan of Corgis since she was a child and her father, King George VI brought home a corgi from local kennels. The Queen takes her corgis with her between residences where possible and looks after them herself when she can. As a hands on pet owner I can imagine the Queen is a fan of Frontline for dogs which is quick to apply and works effectively.

Bossy Dog

 (Contributed by Milford Woods)

Ever since it has gotten cold outside, my spoiled little beagle, Henry wants to come in the house. He barks and barks until he gets his way. I tried to stop him from barking by not going to the door when he wanted in, but he is literally relentless. I end up giving in to him every time. I don’t know what it is, because we have a nice big backyard. He also has a really warm dogloo and the temperature has only dipped into the forties. You think with a nice warm fur coat that he wouldn’t mind being outside. I think that I have created a monster. My husband jokes and says that he just wants in to watch TV ( because I leave it running while we are going and the dog is inside). He doesn’t really bother anything in the house, but I want to break him of the habit. When we have company, I will be totally embarrassed if my dog is barking and demanding to get in the house. He always wants to cuddle up and sit right on top of people.

What Do You Think of This Fat Cat?

Is not this cat interesting? I mean what do you think its fatness? Isn't it a mystery to you? For me, it is a mystery to me about how did it become like that? Ooh well I know that there are many overweight ones but to this, hmmmm... interesting! It is cool though. I like to tease it---the tummy is just so cool to play to tease. Hehehe. This is my first time to see a cat look like this that is why I got amazed! I wonder how it(cat) does its pooh2x business, eh? That is interesting to the owner side too. :-) I was going to read the full news of our Honorable State (California) Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger of why he is going to the Philippines sometime this February because I saw the news yet I just let it go. And just lately I was wondering of the information about it yet the one I found was this big fat cat image on Yahoo. It is interesting and cute to me though it is fat. Perhaps this cat (because of its fatness) would be put in Guinness World of Record as the fattest cat in its time, what do you think?
