Having Fun Tinkering the Bluetooth

Seriously? Ha ha! You may think somewhat a bit weird but really, it is my first time tinkering the Bluetooth on my old Samsung A777 phone, which I used as my main phone way back two years ago to which I still use it until now for my alarm and a camera sometimes (it still has SD memory card and pictures on it) as I cannot use it for a call and back since it doesn't have a mobile connection anymore. Yes, a big yes to that, as in really? I know that it has Bluetooth as well as my Nokia E-5 now (my main mobile phone) as well as my laptop and printer but it's just now that I am able to do the Bluetooth thing which I do for transferring a photo and video from the SD card attached in my A777 to my E-5 as I want to get an easy work. And yeah as usual, it does work just like any other device which has BT (I am making this two letter "BT" as short for Bluetooth, I don't know if there's that term, whatever that means). :-)

And so I already have my transferred video and photo from my old phone to my new one. Hooray! Ha! But how to do it? If you think this is helpful to you, this is it. You just have to turn-on the Bluetooth of booth device and choose an option of transfer through Bluetooth and automatically it finds the name of device, just select the model of the device you want to transfer it to. Then done! Easy-peasy, right! Great! Good job!

Have a great day!

Muve Music Reports Success as it Got a Year Older

Take a moment to think about the cell phone. If you had to pick a few features for your phone, what would be the most important? That was a question creators of the Cricket phone addressed. They decided that music was top priority, and according to sales records, they were right.

Music in the Pocket
Knowing that music is a very important part of culture, Cricket rolled out its Muve Music option. As the device hit the Muve Music 1-Year anniversary, it was obvious that it was a success. Over 500,000 consumers signed up for its unlimited music download plan. According to its records, customers average 40 hours of listening time each month on an individual basis. The Muve Music users downloaded an approximate of 500 million songs. One of the reasons many songs were downloaded on Muve is the speed of downloads. While the download time varies according to signal strength, it's always relatively quick. Muve Music utilizes a special proprietary compression technology. This technology keeps song files down to around 50 percent of the normal mp3 and mp4 formats. It doesn't affect sound quality, however. When you listen to music, you won't notice any difference from traditional downloads.

Finding Songs for Download
Finding a song to download is simple with Cricket phones. Simply go to the Muve Music song library and search for your title or genre. There are over one million songs in the library, so you can easily find music that you want to include in your playlist. In addition, it gets updated practically every week as the music industry rolls out new releases. When you love a particular album or artist, you can choose to download entire albums at one time. With a 4 GB storage card holding up to 3,000 songs, you don't have to concern yourself with space issues. The best part of the Music Muve plan is that you can download songs without having to worry about paying for extra data. The download options are unlimited. With music offered from four major music labels, you can set up your personal music library to suit any mood. Download music to exercise to or music to use as background as you work. Get some special tunes for romantic evenings, or download songs for some karaoke time with friends. With all the available choices, it's easy to see how Muve Music became such a big hit by the time its anniversary rolled around.

Google Launched Its Touch Phone Product Yesterday

As I watched TV news in the morning (after ironing husband's upper work suit) at five o'clock plus, KTLA news announced the launched of Google Touch Phone (iPhone) available for mobile phone consumers. Google now has ventured into mobile phone and what's next? I am really amazed of this company. I saw that the management is great in handling its staffs to the rank and file. So good luck with the "NexusOne" both Google and consumers.. "New Year, New Business" with Google! Ooh technology.. I love thee.. :-)

From Blue to Red

As I got my new mobile/cell phone, the color of it is blue. A blue isn't that looking good to me, I want the red color but due to the fact that it's not available anymore, then that's what I got. And so it happened that I want to Google something about my mobile phone and such. Then, I bumped into the rubberized red protective case faceplate cover and I love the color and the idea of protecting also from scratch as well as to defend the phone from breaking (if it will fall, just in case). The color is red. Hence, from blue color turns into red (because of the cover. Now I got red cellphone. :-)

Got My New Mobile Phone

It was on the 27th of this month that dear hubby and me went to at outlet and had to get the phone I like online but sad to say that they don't have it in the store and it's only available online. The deals online are cool but for some reason it isn't good for this time due to the fact the we have to get two of them but I only want one because the frugal hubby wants only his phone not the other one. And so, I asked the attendant to get the stuff similar to what I like, and she presented me and decided to get it (better one) but minutes after she came over and told it needs a monthly data plan which is I don't like to have because I don't need it--I have my high speed internet notebook which is great. And so I ended up got the SGH-A777 which is for me a cool one. It's not the best but it's what good for me. What I like in it is its features (world time, city id, video sharing, videos, and other) and its capability of transferring pictures to the PC knowing that am a camera freak.. lol.. And so I got it! It can accommodate 500 pictures on the camera itself and other in the micro-SD. And have some cool stuffs for the images inside the phone. The hubby told me that I have my new toy which I don't want to get out of my hand. lol.. By the way, to protect it from scratches, I ordered online a Red Rubber Protective Case Faceplate
Cover that if ever it fall, it won't break that easily and to change the color to red (red color phone isn't available in the store) since phone insurance just only add monthly bills. So, the order is fast, I just got my cellphone protection case last night and am loving it now.. see it next post. See yah..

My Cellphone Drowned

Seems funny but it is! My favorite and important personal thing won't function anymore. My cellphone drowned! That was already four days ago. Am glad I have my "manual phone book". I wrote some of my important phone numbers in there, I have it since I was single. I traveled different places that's why I need it in case there's something happened to my cellphone(low battery, empty bat, or etc). So that was it, perhaps some called it in there.. anyway, that was just only meantime. And besides, hubby has a phone, they can call him for me or our temporary telephone is up for now. Our telephone is only good for one year, it is free, we bundled our service of the same company provider so they give us discount for the fee but we'll see if the service is okay. So far, that telephone was planned for our fax machine, yet it didn't went well. And we just use it now for calls. It sometimes got disconnected just like our internet connection. I guess because of the weather or so. So we'll have to see. Anyway, one month from now our cellphone contract for two years will end. Hubby and me looking for a good deal with other provider if we can lower down the cost.. you know.. So that's all. Have a good day folks!

FORGOTTEN CELLPHONE

This was my experience last Friday (July 3) when me and my hubby went shopping.

Every time I go out the house even downstairs to the laundry room or to the mailbox--I always bring my cellphone. And so the time went well and we headed to the store. I had one short pant from our shopping before that it didn't fit me that I need to change the size of it. So then, at the store I headed to the customer service telling each other that we will just call whoever finish first. And so I fell in line and change my pant and get what the stuffs planned after it. Then I guess an hour or less, am done and planned to call him if he's done yet. And holah! I got panicked that I can't find my phone at my purse! Ohhh my! I checked and rechecked my purse thinking that I was just thinking wrong--that my phone was just in there but to no avail. After 3 times of checking again and again, it's confirmed that I don't had my phone. It's coincidence that there's a guy near me looking for stuff he wanna buy in the lane I was in. I was not ashamed to ask him if I can borrow his phone and discussed the incident. He understood the problem and he let me borrowed it. I called my husband 2 times and left him a message but didn't replied. Why? because there were lots of anonymous and telemarketers always calling him(that's my thought--for an excuse). Well then what I did was just turn the big mall 3 times with my stuffs thinking that he was there at the place he used to but no--haven't found him. Until I decided to page him at the customer service--that's my resource. And fell in line again there and told them what happened and I said that I will just wait at the specific place. You know some kind of a little shameful telling that my hubby/me got lost each other but that's only my last resort or else I will wait there for longer and no exact information for him. He didn't knew that I forgot my phone. I don't want also to took a chance that he will open his voicemail of that time. The bigger part was that he was also upset of not answering my phone. Well, back to the paging, after given the information, I walked away headed to the place I said on my voicemail and to the customer service person. And thanks God I found him but on his way finish paying the stuffs at the counter but it's not yet done. So I put my stuffs also in there and headed way home. And discussed what happened. I was sweating that time... waaaahh.. first time in history that I paged him and forgot my cellphone on the very important time. I asked him next time, we will checked each other cellphone(or important stuff) before heading to the plan. Well, it's some kind of incident and circumstance too but am positive that it can be avoided if we will get rid of it as to planning. Have a fun week all!
