Do You Know Someone Who Is a Direct Seller of House and Lot in Gingoog City, Phils.?

Do you have any resources of someone who sells house and lot in Gingoog City, Philippines? If possible, direct selling process. Or owners who wants to sell their house as soon as possible. It would not be more than 1.5M pesos with a yard. Near or at the city proper of not crowded areas. Pictures or images is necessary. Someone is interested. Lola, hope makakita namo para ma-check na nimo if oks din ba. Taga disto palang ko lola ako ka pangitaan saon layo man sad ang lola nimo heheh!

Naa ko na met dadtong nag-uli ko nga agent man to. Pero mao lage na dako pod ilang paak ba. Mas maayo jud if direkta jud nga ang tag-iya ang magbaligya para barato. Ang lain pod nga problem didto sa atoa if they know nga foreigner magpalit abe nila daghan sapi mao patas-an dayon. Pait jud oi....
