I just thought if somebody wants to change their form of exercise, you might like to try Kettlebells. I can feel that this stuff is cool to try to. I can see it as like as some other form of exercise, kettlebells, needs some lifting the stuff while moving your body. Have you tried this yet? For me, this is my first time of hearing this stuff. I cannot recommend since I haven't tried it but am interested for myself since it's new and the stuff (kettlebell) is cute and looks comfy according to the pounds suitable to everyone's ideal weight for lifting. It is my thought and idea, with a resource should you like to check it. Have a Happy Wednesday!
