Whatabout Bariatric Surgery for Weight Loss?

I wish I know how this a bariatric surgery is processed, done and stuffs like that and most of all, how much cost we are able to give in for this science discovery on how to loss weight. That is for my cousin. I will just then have a research for an info about this bariatric surgery. I just hope it does not cost that much, I know having a surgery is not cheap what I only hope (or wish) that it is not that expensive as to other way. My cousin who is in the Philippines really want to loss weight but she just do not know how to do it, she already tried having diet, exercise and all that personal basic way but to no avail --- she gets tempted. She wishes to have one-time weight loss that is not harmful, effective and cost-less. I hope there is this stuff in the Philippines and of course that safety and effective are always on the first thought, doesn't you? Hemmm... hoping to help her find such info.
