I remember my dearest online friend before. She is a programmer and really clever on making programs and she is the manager of the software department in the company where she is in. No doubt at all , she can do everything when it comes to programming. The only problem that she is complaining is about her compensation. She doesn't deserve with her monthly salary it was very low. I told her at once that she can for sure find other ventures and try applying other firms. I am pretty sure she will be employed by then. Since she has been working for that recent company for five (5) years her heart belongs to them but still she wants to find new environment. 
Alright, just recently I chatted with her and she told me that she is now under BlueOptima company. She even explain to me how she likes her work now much on how to manage software vendors, it sounds interesting. Being in a software vendor management is her area of expertise. So by luck she is now in the right firm, I may say. She is now contented and very happy when it comes to compensation. It satisfies her needs. Blue Optima is a company that measures the efficiency of overseas software vendors. Say, when you outsource your software development to India, BlueOptima has that software to measure which outsourcers are more efficient than others.
