If you are a worrier then we are in the same boat. And I agree that worrying kills if you are over the limit. Sometimes life is unfair and we don’t know why things happen to us. But on the other side, being worried to some things can result positive, but, mostly worrying is not healthy. Your mind and body are both tired because of worries. Sometimes I do avoid worrying, but sometimes I cannot help but to give up! Not totally giving up but having some pause, helps!
Life is too short as we always heard from
others too! I agree with this, so if possible we have to think in positive ways
and leave all our worries aside. Worrying kills your life! This is just a
reminder, everything happens for a reason so keep away from worrying if
possible. Live life to the fullest and try to talk your worries with a person
whom you trusted! --- just my two cents of my thoughts and ideas. :)
