Beach and Sunburns

Beach is always our priority destination during summertime. When I’m there, I always make sure that I wake up very early in the morning to catch the sunrise. I love it when the sky changes its hues until the sun fully sets itself. Afterwards, I go swimming until I get exhausted chasing the waves. It’s just that, I had this very bad experience before when I got sunburn that took me a week of quite a suffering. I even swore not to go back to the beach again but it all changed when I discovered Blue Shield of California in Facebook.

Blue Shield is a non-profit company that offers access to alternative care, like chiropractors and acupuncture. Aside from that, it also provides easy access to great doctors and also offers a wide range of affordable health plans. This company has this dynamic duo named Dr. Jim and Bob who tackles health care issues in an informative yet entertaining manner through their Dr. Jim and Bob's Fun & Helpful Health Advice. What they do is that they browse the web looking for questions regarding health concerns then create a video to answer those questions.

Isn’t that cool? I just learned some easy steps on how to cure sun burns and that makes me ready for my next holiday. You can visit their Facebook page if you want to know these guys or if you have any questions about insomnia, diarrhea, hiccups among other things.
