Two-Way Dental Office Radios

Use of light business radios like dental office two way radios extends beyond warehouse environments, as the example outlines. Whether for safety, communications or any other reason, business use of two-way radios is on the increase — and for good reason. Two-way radios, sometimes called walkie-talkies, were once considered either blue-collar work tools or children's toys. As technology improved since World War II when the hand-held transceivers were invented, businesses expanded, and communications needs sharpened. Cell phones aided that growing communications need, but cell signals are not always present or strong enough for clear communications. Both small and large farms, ranches, warehouses, department stores, shopping malls, doctors' and dentists' offices, and other industries use two-way radios. These business-use devices should not be mistaken for the inexpensive, children's toys that are manufactured for purely entertainment value.

Rugged, durable and higher powered, many two-way radios send strong enough signals to pass through buildings, over bodies of water and in inclement weather. They may be influenced by an abundance of metal between the sender and the receiver, but with the right model, even that obstacle can become a mere inconvenience and not a blockage. Businesses are adopting their use for instant communication and enhanced professional demeanor. After all, most people attending a dentist's office are already nervous. Observing a scheduling or placement mix-up does nothing constructive to improve that condition. Resolve the work flow snafus quickly, efficiently and professionally: Use two-way radios in your practice today.
