  You could market yourself as your neighborhood’s computer repair man or woman if you have any amount of computer skills. Or if you like to cook you could began a catering business out of your own home. Be aware that if you need cash quickly, there are a few limits to what sort of business would be lucrative for you. If your first attempt at a business isn’t successful don’t be afraid to try again.

  If you are the owner of a prime parking spot, you could make a substantial amount of cash simply by renting it out. You will have the added benefit of getting in some exercise by being forced to park further away than what you’re used to. This is especially lucrative if you live close to a means of public transportation or in a big city.

Amazon is one such legitimate source of making cash online. All you need to do is sign up for Amazon’s Mechanical Turk, which is a program where companies post easy tasks that only humans can do. Be wary that if you want to make a decent amount of cash using this method you have to show dedication, and have a substantial amount of time on your hands.
