School of #MAKEOURMARK: Raising Money for Art and Music Education for Kids

Being a stay-at-home may have its own sets of challenges but it is, I must say, one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. It allows me to not only personally take care the needs of my family but more importantly, witness every milestone in our daughter’s life. Although my responsibilities as a mom keep me busy throughout the day, I still find the time to pursue other interest (which I find it as an outlet of my random thoughts)- blogging. I am fortunate that through my blogs, I am able to interact with other moms, share the joys and frustrations that parenting brings and discuss issues that are important to parents everywhere. Blogging has also sparked my interest in learning new skills. I am considering enrolling in online courses that do not only interest me but also those that I know would help me improve my blogging skills. My search for an online school is actually how I found out about Skillshare. Skillshare is a global community where one can learn real-world skills from reputable and competent teachers. They have teamed up with Levi’s to produce a series of online classes to raise money for art and music classes for kids through 826 National. This online School of #MAKEOURMARK offers courses that are aimed to enhance one’s talents and creativity. 100% of the money accumulated through the fees that will be received will be donated to charity. Learn crash courses from Low to No-Cost. As it has been said, the classes are taught by renowned artists. Among the classes being offered are Stop Motion Videos: Create + Animate with Visual Artist and Creative Director Brock Davis as the instructor and Creating Typographic Art Inspired by Sound by Graphic Designer David Carson. If you have been meaning to enhance your creative skills then enrolling in these courses is a great opportunity to learn from some of the experts in the industry and at the same time be a part of such a noble cause. The good news is, since you are my friend/s or a follower of this blog, you got fresh news and for now you got free code: OURMARK --- to any of the classes. Yes, free class! Registration is now going on. Just use that code and you're good to go!

I am actually very much interested in taking up at least two of the courses that they are offering. One is a Photography class that would allow me to learn the basics of photography such as how to take better photos. To further enhance my writing skills, I’m also interested in one of the Writing classes that they offer. I know that I will learn a lot from it especially since those classes are being taught by highly competent writers and editors. Are you also interested in enhancing your creativity? I’m sure that you can find a couple of courses at Skillshare that can help you achieve your goal of gaining new skills and knowledge.
