Great Coffee Roasters

I thought, fans of coffee ideas know that the roast really makes a big difference – you can get coffee beans almost anywhere but if they are not roasted to your liking the coffee can be too bitter, too strong or simply not to your taste. And I think it makes sense to those who are coffee lovers like my husband. Some folks are such fanatics, they are getting their own roasters and experimenting with crafting coffee to their precise specifications. Even when you have the perfect roast, the actual brewing of the coffee, along with the coffee maker itself, can have a huge impact on the final outcome. No doubt you’ve endured coffee that is scorched or burned - it started out as a perfectly acceptable cup of coffee but was left to sit on a warming plate.Even the finest coffees turn bitter when they are exposed to too much heat – they are literally “cooked” into something that tastes terrible. Another way good coffee can go very bad is when the water used to brew it is simply too hot – this is often the case with percolator coffee which achieves a boil during the brewing process.

To guarantee a great cup of coffee each and every time you would be well served with a single serve or on demand coffee maker – often referred to as pod or K-Cup® coffee makers. The concept is simple – the devices brew one cup of coffee at a time using individual premeasured coffee packets. The coffee brews directly into your cup, glass or mug so there is no warming tray or coffee pot to deal with and the coffee is always fresh, hot and flavorful. Since each cup is individually brewed there is no waste; the brewing process takes less than a minute per cup.
