I feel so sorry for my friend back in my birth country for she has no Internet connection again. This is not the first time that she has not have it. The bad thing is, usually, the connection comes back the next day or a couple of days. Every time it went out; she runs to the Internet café just to inform us that she has no Internet connection again. I guess this is the problem in my tiny birth country. Most, or maybe some of the telecommunication companies didn't provide excellent services to their clients. I have heard this so many times that some of the Internet Service Provider in the Philippines is not really good. They claimed that they have fast and reliable Internet connection, and the client for them is very important; that is why; good Internet connection should be served well to all their clients. As being said, unfortunately, that was just a public campaign or an advertisement to their product and services to attract the consumer. I wish these companies would perform of what have been promised, and claimed, so that the clients would be happy and satisfied, isn't it? What do you think guys? How can you relate? Is on your end, just like it? How do you manage it?

Personal Attention Prevents Mistakes
Many businesses could increase sales and attract new customers if they gave their customers a little more personal attention. Businesses that serve customers face to face have the opportunity to build customer relationships, by having a a friendly outlook each time the customer visits the store. Online businesses should find ways to develop the personal touch that direct sellers have.
Customer Service
Many online businesses outsource their advertising and marketing to professionals. Generally, these professionals are patient and polite when dealing with customers. However, every online business should periodically monitor these services to be certain they are doing everything possible to create and keep satisfied customers.
Be Certain Orders are Filled Promptly and Correctly
Random checks should be conducted to be certain that orders are being filled correctly. Colors, sizes and styles should be confirmed by the person who takes the order, and the person who packs the order.
Inspect products when Shipped
Packers should inspect each product when it is packed for shipping. Apparel should be inspected fore tears, stains, weak stitches and other flaws. Products that are fully assembled should be tested to be certain that they are in working condition. Products that must be assembled should be packed with instructions for assembling and a help line telephone number.
Knowledgeable Customer Help
Be certain that those who are assigned to help customers assemble products are knowledgeable and patient. Some people can easily follow written instructions, but others need help. Those who need help will require more time to locate and assemble parts.
Customer Surveys
Every customer should have the opportunity to rate your service and product. Email addresses, telephone numbers and home addresses give you the opportunity to learn how well you are creating satisfied customers. You should contact each customer to determine that both the service and product meet their expectations. Customers whose products do not meet expectations should be offered a replacement or refund.
Reputation is Essential For Businesses
Although you cannot show your customers the products before packing them, you can be certain that your products meet your expectations. You can also be certain that the orders are correct and shipped promptly.
As an Internet entrepreneur, you can also do a Google search on reputation management FAQs for more ideas about creating and maintaining a good reputation. Your reputation creates repeat customers. It’s like having your business in every hometown.

Enhance the Mood with Magical Table Lamps
The Tatou lamp, one of the newest additions, is equally as stunning as the rest of the collection. Designed in 2012 by Patricia Urquiola for Flos spa, Tatou means 'armadillo' in French and that's where the inspiration for the superb shade design came from. The way the clever lattice design diffuses light into the room makes it an ideal choice for a romantic bedroom or a relaxing lounge.
I also adore the Mini Glo-Ball T table light, designed in 2003. Surely a classic by now, the simple translucent globe is perfect anywhere, on a shelf, an end table or even as bedside lamps. It can be a really great focal point placed at floor level, where it gives a beautiful, calm radiance. Click here to explore the range.
Desk lighting is a must in most homes, as well as in the office these days. More of us spend extended periods online, and as always, students and children need good lighting to study or do homework. The classic Anglepoise lamp is one of the best selling items both online and in the Geoffrey Harris shop. A real design classic, it's a name that everyone has heard of. Available in black, white, red, blue or silver, the relaunched 1227 original is an instantly recognisable addition to any desk, workspace or reading area. Newer lamps in the range, such as the Type 75 and the 75 Mini, still retain all of the features we know and love so well, particularly the superior illumination provided by the unique shade and angled design.
Whether you're looking for a table lamp or a desk lamp, there's sure to be one in this exceptional and incomparable collection that's just right for you.

Web Designing
Some of my friends here in the blogosphere can do web designing, and they earned from it, even if they are at home. As a result of increasing popularity of Internet and rising demand for websites, web designing is a great part-time job you can do at home. If only I have extra time to learn few things about computer programs used for website design such as MSFrontPage, Macromedia Flash, and more, I would definitely like to enroll myself in the computer school that could help me to learn more about computers, and website design. The reason why I am interested to learn this website design for I have been in the blogosphere for a couple of years now, and I have met many friends all over the world, and they might be my first prospect and potential clients if ever I become a web designer. I am also certain that my husband would help me to get clients as well. Ooh well. If only I can buy time. :-D
